Is the Gap Check really free?
Yes. Nothing to pay and no obligation. You answer a few quick questions to see what could hold up your next job.
Can you guarantee I'll pass or get a certain grade?
No honest company can. Grades are set by each hiring client and the platform reviewers. What we do is build and maintain your account to meet those requirements and fix anything that gets flagged, fast.
Do you need my ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce login?
Not for the Gap Check. It's based only on your answers. If you sign up for monthly help, we'll talk through account access with you directly.
What does the monthly plan cost?
$259 per month. Tyler confirms what your account needs on a short call before you commit.
I only need ISN right now. Is this still for me?
Yes. Plenty of contractors start with one platform. If a new client asks for Avetta or Veriforce later, you're already covered.
Should I do it myself or use a service?
You can do it yourself, and some contractors do. It takes time to learn what each reviewer wants, write programs that fit your work, keep insurance and OSHA logs current and answer rejections. If your safety person is also your dispatcher, your mechanic and your office manager, that time usually comes out of running the crew. A service makes sense when the paperwork is costing you jobs or nights. If you'd rather keep it in house, the free Gap Check is a good place to start.
What does OnePoint do and what do I still do?
We write and update programs, clean up and upload documents, track renewals and answer reviewer rejections. You still own your safety program in the field, send us current insurance, training and incident info when it changes, and pay your platform subscription directly to ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce.
Do you write safety programs or use templates?
We write programs to match the work you actually do, not a generic binder off the shelf. That includes RAVS and written programs your operators require.
How fast can you fix a rejection?

We're a small outfit with a few trucks. Do we need this?
Some operators require prequal even for small haulers. Check with your own client, and if they're asking, we can get you set up without hiring a full-time safety person.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
Ask Tyler on your call. He'll walk you through how the monthly plan works before you commit.
Who will I be working with?
OnePoint is owned by Tyler Nixon in Lyman, Wyoming. You get a direct line, not a call center.
